Key Takeaways
- Hospitable launched a new Business Dashboard on Thursday, giving hosts personalized suggestions to help improve revenue and operations
- Suggestions are based on booking patterns, guest messages and calendar activity already inside each account
- The new Opportunity Center is rolling out to all accounts at no extra charge
Hospitable is giving short-term rental hosts a new way to spot money-making opportunities without digging through their account for clues.
The property management software company launched its new Business Dashboard on Thursday that looks at what is already happening inside a host’s account and highlights the moves most likely to improve revenue or operations.
That could mean suggesting dynamic pricing, adding a paid early check-in option, or connecting another booking platform if most reservations are coming from just one source.
The best part is, the tool is free for Hospitable customers.
In a press release shared on Thursday morning, Hospitable told REWire Media that host recommendations are personalized in the “Opportunity Center” using information already stored in each account, including booking channel mix, guest messages, and how quickly available nights are filling.
So if several guests have recently asked whether they can check in early, the system might suggest turning that request into a paid add-on.
If one booking platform is doing nearly all the work, it might recommend adding another channel to reach more travelers.
The goal is to come up with useful ideas at the right time instead of asking hosts to hunt through reports and settings to figure out what they may be missing.
Each recommendation also comes with an action button that takes the host directly to the part of Hospitable where the change can be made.
“Most hosts are leaving money on the table without knowing it. The Business Dashboard finds it for them,” said Pierre-Camille Hamana, CEO and Founder of Hospitable. “It reads each account, provides contextual opportunities, and tells the host exactly what to do next. Every host sees something different, because every host runs a different business.”
Hospitable separates urgent problems from growth opportunities
The dashboard now separates things that need fixing from things that could help a host make more money or improve the business.
A “Needs Attention” section is reserved for urgent issues or broken workflows, while the Opportunity Center focuses on suggestions that may help improve performance over time.
Hosts can dismiss a suggestion if it is not useful at the moment, but Hospitable says it may come back later if the same opportunity becomes relevant again.
That gives the feature a more active role than a simple checklist. It is designed to keep watching account activity and surface recommendations as guest behavior and booking patterns change.

The new feature is being added at no extra charge, and Hospitable says it is intended for all accounts rather than a limited test group.
The rollout is still making its way across the platform, so some users may see the Opportunity Center before others.
For hosts already using Hospitable to manage messages, calendars and bookings, the new tool essentially turns that existing account data into a running list of ideas for what to do next.
That fits with Hospitable’s broader push to put more revenue and operating tools inside the same platform, including features such as dynamic pricing rather than requiring hosts to piece together separate services.
